At Angel Fashion Label, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. To protect both our customers and our business, all returns are subject to the requirements below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Have original tags and packaging attached, when applicable
- Not be washed, altered, stained, damaged, or modified
- Be returned within the applicable return period
2. Product Documentation & Fraud Prevention
For the protection of our customers and Angel Fashion Label, products and items may be photographed, video-recorded, or otherwise documented before shipment.
This documentation may include the item's condition, packaging, tags, labels, identifying characteristics, and other relevant details.
This process is used to help verify the condition and contents of merchandise before shipment and to prevent fraudulent returns, product substitution, tampering, and other forms of return abuse.
3. Tampered, Altered, or Substituted Merchandise
NO EXCEPTIONS: Any product or item that has been tampered with, altered, used, worn, washed, damaged, modified, substituted, or intentionally changed after shipment will not be eligible for a return or refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Removed, replaced, or altered tags or labels
- Damaged or altered packaging
- Signs of wear or use
- Washing, laundering, or alteration of the merchandise
- Missing accessories or components
- Product substitution
- Damage caused after delivery
- Any modification that changes the original condition of the product
Returned merchandise may be inspected and compared with our pre-shipment documentation before a refund or replacement is approved.
If merchandise has been tampered with or altered, the return will be denied and no refund will be issued.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Angelfashionlabel@gmail.com].
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Clear photographs of the packaging when applicable
Do not alter, wash, repair, or otherwise modify a damaged or defective item before contacting us, as doing so may affect return eligibility.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain merchandise may be final sale or non-returnable due to hygiene, personalization, or other applicable restrictions.
These may include:
- Undergarments or intimate apparel
- Swimwear when the hygiene liner has been removed
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
- Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or tampered with
6. Return Authorization
Customers must contact Angel Fashion Label before sending merchandise back.
Do not send a return to an address provided by a supplier or fulfillment provider unless Angel Fashion Label has specifically authorized the return and provided the appropriate return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
7. Return Shipping
Unless an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or the result of an error by Angel Fashion Label, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Refunds
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, Angel Fashion Label will determine whether the merchandise qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your payment provider or financial institution to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return resulted from an error on our part.
9. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns
Angel Fashion Label reserves the right to deny returns or refunds when there is evidence of fraud, product substitution, intentional damage, tampering, abuse of the return process, or violation of this policy.
We may use our pre-shipment photographs, videos, documentation, order records, tracking information, and other available information when reviewing a return.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges may not be available for every product because inventory and supplier availability can vary.
